My hero, my realtor! The best real estate experience I’ve ever had realistic expectations explained to me with humor, but he was always optimistic and confident in getting me to my real estate goal. He has a brilliant team that he works with and soon as our offer was accepted they all worked in synchrony. Palm Springs has a fabulous vibe unlike any other place I’ve ever felt. Grateful to have a getaway home there now.

The Big Problem with Glen Nadeau is that he is just too good! His process was seamless, professional and about as unobtrusive as you can get. Not only was Glen able to get an offer on the house in the first week but it was over asking price so we had to take it! Cash offer, over ask with short close. How is that possible in this market? I’ll tell you how, Glen is thorough, Glen is professional, Glen is thoughtful and Glen is persistent. Due to the nature of the offer, closing was quick and so not only did Glen handle that transaction with apblomb, he was able to secure a cute little rental on top of everything else going on during closing. Again, he is just too damn good! Glen you’re a Gem and I’ll 100% call on you for all my real estate needs in the future and if you’re reading this, you should too!
